Do Not Confuse The Sandwich Artist

I think an interesting 10 minute documentary opportunity exists in a brief exploration of how the new Atkins wraps at Subway have complicated employment for a fleet of hard working sandwich artists. I had one of those things yesterday, during a lunch hour crowd, and let me tell you, their people were flummoxed by the whole concept. The guy helping me just sort of kept moving his hands quickly around it in some kind of sandwich-making sleight of hand technique, tapping it here and there, to indicate an effort, though completely unsuccessful, was being made.

I’m Impressed By Your Robots, Not Your Wit

I’m captivated by robot images from Mars. I’m captivated by any space exploration projects I hear about. I am not captivated by detailed descriptions of what song was playing when a robot rolled onto Mars or what song an astronaut was awakened to by mission control. Who the hell cares?
